Cimex Trouble

My Mex is making some unusually sounds, is there anywhere i could find a trouble shooting website so i could figure out what is wrong? It is making "growling" noises when i turn it on, but usually only when it rotates a certain way. It will trip the breaker if i dont shut it off right away, but after a few "on/off" clicks it seems to work fine. Any Ideas?
Also, any good cleaners i can use for regular tile?

Same thing was happening to mine - also lots of squealing. I changed the belt and it was fine.
