Proposal and/or Contract

Help me here guys. I created a proposal that I kind of copied from a Carpet Company here in my town (ser**ce m****r). The proposal in lengthy and has three pages with a cover page in a nice folder, they must have lots of money to get those proposals out. My question: Does any of the great Cimex people out there have anything they can share in the area of a proposal and contract?

My wife is in marketing. Some proposals can be too long. I have done several lately, send me your email address and I'll send you my proposal.
