Customer Rewards Point Program

I just wanted to mention that our new Customer Rewards Points program is available for on-line purchases only. Here's the reason. The database with your customer account information is an on-line account with your password protection on it. This is the database that holds all of your Reward Points. We can't readily access your account when you place a phone order. Now this doesn't mean that you can't call and chat anytime you like (I LOVE talking with my friends in the business). Call first, then order on-line. When you place your order on-line you'll be able to rack up the Reward Points.

Saving money is good

Now, Rick, dern it. It's been such a joy! I know I haven't called you as often as some others, but I've still always enjoyed it. Now you have to go and make things all difficult. Earn this many points by purchasing this many things. Well, okay...I can deal with that; great idea. Then sell your old Cimex on ebay. Dang it! Now you're making it seem like I gotta actually do some work! Geez.
