has anyone tried emailing a proposal using a pdf file? how do you do it?

I'm assuming you already have it in PDF. Save it in My Documents. If you are using Outlook as your mail then you go to start a new mail message or reply and at the top it says "insert" than "file" that will bring up a box look in My Documents find the file click on it then click on the insert button and it should attach it and all you have to do is send it.
In some mailtool it will say "attach" at the top but basically the same process.
Give me a call if your having trouble I'd like to talk to you again anyway.
