| I went to look at a future account down the street today. It was a hi rise complex that had some newer nylon loop in it. They have had it encapped in the past, and loved it when it was done right with a Cimex, but the MMM that is doing it is not giving them 110% of the job, and just giving it a quicky and not bothering to vac before or after the job.
The vac job is the biggest issue with them. So they found out that we have the Cimex system to use, but the MMM was using this product called Longevity.
I told them about Releaseit, but they had it in the past and they didn't care for the smell. I let them smell it, and that is what they said the MMM had in the past. The building engineer does NOT care for the smell, and told me that we would have to use another product because of complaints of the smell from fellow condo owners.
What can I add to the Releaseit to cover the TreeTea oil smell????
I like the smell of the empty bottle of Longevity that the MMM left over from over the weekend. The vac job was pretty sad too... They finished it up on Sunday afternoon, and I don't think the place has been vac'ed in a few months.

I am really surprised to hear that anybody has a complaint with the smell of Releasit. The Tea Tree scent in Releasit is very light. It's not a synthetic scent like most detergents have. Synthetic fragrances typically have a heavier odor that can easily become a little overbearing. By comparison Releasit just leaves behind a light fresh clean aroma that dissipates quickly.
But hey, the customer is always right. So here's a very simple alternative... Go to a health food store and buy a small bottle of lemon or grapefruit essential oil. You can add a few drops to a tankful of Releasit and you won't mess up the formula. These two essential oils would be compatible, they each have a pleasant scent, and each of these oils also impart cleaning properties. This is the simplest addition that you can use. But use these oils sparingly, all you want to add is a few drops.
