With a little bit of help from Riick today I was able to log on and now don't have to just lurk. I purchased a cimex becuase of the things I had heard about encap, and I found this board and read all the previous posts. That was a year ago and I paid for the cimex on my first ever job( a 7000 sq.ft. imported wool carpet at a new private country club.}I hav'nt looked back since. I like all of his products and use the encap punch for all of my HWE. I was not satisfied with encapping residential carpets with the cimex not because of the cleaning but because it did'nt address the matting and crushing problems in traffic lanes. I solved that problem today with my new sprint and I can assure you that it is easier to take up and down stairs but will aggitate the fibers and address the matting and crushing 100%. Thanks to Rick and his equipment,cleaning solutions and bend over backwards help, I can probably extend my cleaning business another 5- 8 yrs before i retire to the cleaning closet. I appreciate Ricks honesty when he tried to talk me out of buying the wheel set for the sprint becaue Truvox has probably overpriced them. The older you get the smarter you need to be. I am looking foreward to getting out of Denver{after this cold spell} and going to connections and Ricks get togeather afterwards. It will be nice to put faces togeather with names and exchange idea's Thanks again

Nice going, paying off your cimex with the first job. Well done! It sounds like you're doing some good stuff with your business. It's easy to see that you "haven't looked back". I'm glad to hear that you like Encap-Punch too. There are a quite a few people like you now, who are using Encap-Punch for all their HWE. Smart people And now you've added a Sprint to your arsenal too. You're becoming a regular encappin entrepreneur. Kewl beans! I'm happy when we hear about encap improving people's businesses. Thanks for sharing your experience. Keep up the good work! And it's great to have you finally posting here.
