Hi all I just did an encap job with my great cimex last night but since I maintain this building (I have the janitorial cleaning account)

The soil load is light to medium & the carpets are about 12 months new & are vacuumed EVERY NIGHT. (not just the traffic lanes) but I would like to buy a new dual rotary 175/350

I have a powrflite dual in NY but have not had a chance to bring it down to Florida.

The customer has another building that I also take care of and the carpets are in the same great shape.

We all know that the mex is heavy and if the soil is lite to med. I would just take the rotary off the trailer.

ps I live in Orlando, FL I also wanted to know if anyone has a source to RENT the rotary machines with out having to leave a $1000.00 deposit.

We use a 20 Powr-Flite dual speed all the time
even with medium to heavy loads it will do a good job
if you do not own a Mex yet a 320 speed with work for you

I use 20 beige pads and Ricks juice. 30 shoe stores and 15 day cares
with no complaints in 6 months of using the system.

I do have a cimex 19" from rick.

we were also looking @ the 17" dual speed metal from powr-flite about $900.00

If I cant rent a dual machine today, I just might drive to NY this weekend and pickup my 17" old dual 175/325 powr-flite.

have you dual spped owners ever had problems with rectifers going out on your machines???
