What a Great Year!

No this is not about the money. I am so thankful for my wife of 46 years, 2 children, 4 grandchildren and 2 greatgrandchildren. The fact I am still cleaning carpet everyday (and loving it) I have promised my wife that I would take 4 weeks vacation this year and 8 weeks next year. I am thankful for a great customer base (no advertising and more customer/clients than I can handle) I am thankful to each of you who keep me young and challenged by your post on this board. My goal for this year in to increase business by 15% and decrease my participation by 10% I wish you all a Happy and Prosperous New Year.

Kevin you'll find a lot about Ray "inspiring" the more you get to know him. He's a successful guy who has been around this business for many years. And he's always willing to share helpful good information with others. Keep up the good work Ray.

Thanks Guys, I have some new upcoming post on getting higher prices than your competition. It is working for me and I'll be sharing some of that in this upcoming New Year. I'm ready to go, bring it on.
