Hey Rick & others - what do you include in your presentation to commercial places? Is this a binder type presentation or do you actually take a computer in for the presentation? Many questions....Thanks in advance

I use a presentation binder. I include basic stuff about our company - before and after pictures, description of our services, how we work with the client's needs, recurring spot removal, our guarantee, etc. The presentation binder seems to impress the prospects. I don't think too many of my competitors are doing this.
