Whats the best way to remove dried latex paint using encap (white on a maroon carpet) Its on the 3rd floor of some of my apartments, Don't want to take exstracter up there. cheap Commercial glue down, its in the school building I'm converting.

I'd like Rick to comment on this. However, I'm thinking that you will have to use POG (Paint, Oil & Grease) remover and extract. A small spotting machine would be ideal if you don't want to lug a big one.

I agree with Mark as I have a spotter and you do have to extract after using POG for certain as the fumes lingert for along time. But I'd be interested if Rick has a better way also.

Um guys, if you have punch and releasit you have the solution. We use it once a week and a lot of times releasit only and the cimex will do the trick on Residential and commercial carpet. Git-R-done!
