Rick, do you think Warren Buffet knows that, LOL Shaw has been sucessful MAKING carpet but they have failed every time they went into the cleaning of it. Their "Cradle to the Grave" concept sure sounded good (sell, it maintain it, sell it again) I remember when they bought out Bell carpet ( one of the largest commercial sales and installers in Atlanta) I got a call from John Bell who went to work for Shaw after the sale of his business. He wanted me to head up the Commercial Cleaning Division for Shaw and offered me $75,000.00 and a vehicle. I told him I could not afford the pay cut (we were running 3 trucks then) and I have not seen him since, I am sure I offended him. They tried to underbid a large commercial contract I had for 9 years (300000 sq. ft.) but my client decided to stay with us. Those kind of deals make you feel 10' tall.

The largest mill in the world now also sees the benefit of encapsulation

Shaw, DuPont/Invista, C&A, Interface, each have their own versions of encapsulation products. And other mills are including it as a recommended cleaning method. Encap has come a LONG way in a short period of time.
