I appreciate you post below and agree with what you say. I will admit that when someone calls with a small job I will tell them that it will cost them at least $100.00, because the truck does not move for less. I will show up prepared to do the job and explain that I will explain if there is an additional cost before starting the job. I have arrived at some small jobs that turned out to be unbelievable pigstys that warranted additional charges. Ninety-nine percent are within my minimum. I'll do extra things to help justify the minimum.

You way makes sense to me. You need to have a minimum. Below that, it costs you to go do the job instead of you gaining. Our minimum is $145.

Some customers don't understand this, but enough do.
