on a postcard, which is grammatically correct?

or

Feel free to pass this card and special offer on to a friend, we LOVE referrals!

hint - i'm wondering if it should say onto or on to (2 words).

Definitely on to. Onto shows you are climbing "onto" something. "I climbed onto the horse to ride it". For your purposes, "I will pass this great offer and the great job you do on to my friends".

"We love referrals" is a separate sentence. End the first sentence with a period. Then write "We love referrals." as a separate sentence.
