Steve was at the PCS Convention this past weekend where I was speaking about encapsulation and growing a commercial business. Steve was there talking about rug dusting and was comparing starting a new rug cleaning business to running through the gears of a car. Steve compared a full blown rug cleaning operation to a car cruising on the highway in 5th gear. And he compared a carpet cleaner using smaller tools for rug washing (such as his Rug Badger and a Cimex) to a car moving from first to 2nd, 3rd and 4th gears. In other words it's a great way to get up to speed in a smaller rug cleaning operation. Well on my way home from the airport I was driving the Mini Cooper and thinking about Steve's illustration (which by the way has 6 speed). And this thought popped into my head. The lower gears are the FUN gears. So I called Steve and shared that with him. Top gear will get you there smooth and quickly, but 2nd, 3rd, and 4th is where the fun is in a fast car.

I feel I've had a clutch malfunction, and hope that all transmission problems will be fixed by Connections, and I can then slip into second or even third gear.

Hey Shorty I don't get around everywhere Gosh!
But I will be making my 3rd trip to Auz this July. Last time down saw a tea tree farm. Rick would have been in Tea Tree Heaven.
