right on time....but

I received my package today of the DS and pads as expected, thank you!! The only problem I have is that the cap wasnt tightened down and the jug leaked. I dont know how much is gone, but just wanted to let you know that that had happened and to give you guys a heads up to check that prior to boxing and shipping. Cant wait to put this stuff to the test! Is something wrong with me? I actually love what I do and there are many times that i feel like going out and offering a freebie to someone, just 'cuz! Maybe its time to go see a shrink!

Again, thanks for the fast shipping and answering all my questions.

Hi Aaron,

Thank you for bringing that to our attention. Sometimes those caps don't get sealed as tightly as they should be when the product is being manufactured. We've yelled at our manufacturung crew about this in the past We've also added the red plug inserts inside the jugs to provide some added insurance for this very occurrence. The red plugs are supposed to protect against leakage during shipping. But if the cap is loose, for whatever reason, there will likely still be a problem. So I want to apologize for the leaky cap. We will be very happy to credit you for an entire gallon, even though you only lost a portion of a gallon. Sorry for the loose cap. Doh!

Thats ok....no need to make any credit. I'm considering the great service that i received as such. Now, just have to wait 3 days to get it a test!

Note: Just noticed the credit has already been given....WOW!! I was not expecting that at all. I dont know what to say other than Thank You(?). I dont think that i have ever received service like this. Now I just have to go shoopin'
