I was doing some number crunching the other day and discovered an interesting little figure.

Let's say you purchase a 19" Cimex with the works, delivered to your business for $2502. It comes with 1 case of Encap-Clean DS and a case of FiberPlus pads. Well check out the profits that first case of Encap-Clean DS will generate.

Let's do the math:

~Encap-Clean DS mixes at 4 ounces per gallon.
~So each gallon of concentrate will produce 33 gallons of usable RTU detergent.
~And each gallon of RTU in the tank will clean approximately 300 sq ft.
~When we multiply the 300 sq ft by the 33 gallons of RTU - we come up with 9,900 sq ft of carpet cleaned with a single gallon of Encap-Clean DS concentrate.
~There are 4 gallons of Encap-Clean DS to a case, therefore each case will clean about 39,600 sq ft.

Now here's where it gets interesting...

That new Cimex will be able to clean about 39,000 sq ft with the first case of Encap-Clean DS. So the bottom line is that the first case of detergent will generate $3900 worth of revenue. This is figured at the paltry national average rate of 10 cents per sq ft (and many cleaners are getting more than that). That means the new Cimex machine will be paid for and a balance of $1400 profit will be produced with the first case of Encap-Clean DS. I think that’s gotta be the best return on any investment I’ve ever heard of. I'd like to see the boys on Wall Street top that one!

AWSOME is all I can say! I am trying to get more business generated so I can make that purchase. I just did a small bedroom in an ARC home, covered with crusty dry feeding tube liquid, what a mess! Cleaned up very nice with the 175 rpm rotary! Had to pass that on! Keep up the GREAT Work Rick!!!!

I got mine in 5 business days. Ordered on Friday (but too late for the machine to go out- Rick hides them at Fort Knox I think). Machine was freighted out on Monday and arrived in Tucson, AZ on Friday by noon. Haven't got to use it yet as it is rodeo time here and I work at the rodeo.

Rick, Your #'s are pretty accurate. I did an office of a little more than 35,000 s/f. Used 4 gallons of Releasit and a gal. of Releasit DS. It is a high security building and could only clean about 4.5 hrs per visit. It took a total of about 19 hrs which included rolling chairs out of the way then back. I had help (a chair roller) for about 8 of the 19hrs.
Approximately 1842 s/f p/hr. Total job paid a little more than $3,500.
That's about $185 p/hr.
I encap every chance I get. It has netted the highest return per hour of all of my other equip.

Rick, I think your figures are conservative. I did a shoe store Wed. night, using the 300 rpm rotary (too lazy to break out the ramps to unload the Cimex, plus, with 18" pad I could get right to the edges). Anyway, 2100+ s/f in 45 minutes using 3 gallons RTU. Could I be doing something wrong?

This is too funny! I just got an e-mail about one of my competitors who also operates a message board. You're gonna laugh... The competitor came here and actually copied this message and then modified the content to try to promote his own products. It looks like he must have been impressed with my analogy of the profit potential of encap cleaning. Whatever the case, on February 26, 2006 - 01:11 AM the Administrator of that message board posted a plagiarized version of this message. Well they say that "Imitation Is The Sincerest Form Of Flattery". So it looks like I should be flattered. I am

Ha, yeah, that is funny....Just found it myself. Bad thing is, I figured that this was a reputable company. But hey, I guess I should be used to it by now. Isn't it funny how the same testimonials are given by the same exact people all over the country? Hmm, guess we have pirhana marketing and joe polish for that one. Trust me folks...i'm out to educate inform all of my clients. Thats the best "weapon" that there is in this industry of dirty rip-off companies out there. Oh, and I just love it when I do my walk through and my client says something like "Yeah, I know that the reds stains will never come out, thats what the last people told me". Then within 2 minutes, POOF, theyre gone!

Price mistake?

The current cost for the 19" Cimex Special is listed at $2,700 which includes all discounts, etc. Your message states the cost as $2,505, what am I missing?
