Rick, I tried to download the commercial brochure from your home page, but it would not copy. What is the secret?

It's an Adobe Acrobat file.
You'll just need to download the free Adobe reader software:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Then you can read the document, print the document, and save a copy of the document to your computer if you want to.
