Your not the only Encap "guru" at Excellent Supply. Beth also is and she sounds way sexier than you do LOL.

I ordered a case of DS, some fiber plus pads and a drill driver yesterday. I had a bunch of questions and asked for you. You weren't in yet and she was able to answer every question I asked and actually sounded happy to do it. You guy's and gals sure know customer service at Excellent Supply. Thanks

Glad Beth helped you. She's wonderful and we love her. In fact Beth, Karina and Brenda all do a terrific job taking care of our customers. We feel very fortunate to have these talented young ladies working for us. Glad to hear you appreciate them too!
