Cimex parts

I'm new to this type of equipment. Who is the big importer of Cimex that is cutting prices? Is it Gran Quartz? I have been getting advertisements from them but they seem to be more into granite countertops than floors. Rick seems to have the better service and support. Is parts readily available for Cimex here in the US? No one in Houston seems to service Cimex. My repair shops deal with Mastercraft,Nobles and Tennant.I have a 20" Tornado autoscrubber serviced there and they dont carry Cimex parts. I am trying to compare the Cimex to a US made machine. The Cimex is more expensive, about $1000 but is a little larger. 16" vs 19". Rick and Dave have been very helpful.Thanks.

Gregg Gran Quartz is just one of the many. They specialize in marble, concrete, granite. We now offer all the cutting blades and items needed for stone care too. Call if you don't see what you're looking for. We don't have the bulk of the marble stuff up on the website yet.

We work directly with the Cimex importer - Cimex USA. As most of you know, I was the one that created this niche for encapsulation cleaning using the Cimex machine. The importer has diligently spread the machine as widely as possible to a mass of distributors. So we are now sharing the niche we created for these machines with a bunch of other distributors all over the country that are now benefiting from from what we started. I guess that's "business". Life goes on. But we won't be undersold in the process, and that's why I now GUARANTEE to beat anybody's price on the machines! You the customer wins.

When it comes to parts. We can provide you with any part directly. And any electric motor repair shop or equipment repair shop in the country can service the machine. We have used outside shops like this to provide warranty repair service. It's such a simple machine to work on. And there is little that ever goes wrong with the machines. So you're covered.

Let me know if we can assist you in any way

Ed York introduced me

The Cimex in '94 using LST. I became a distributor of Cimex and dropped it about 2 yrs. later. Rick is the one who re-introduced me to Cimex and encapsalation and I thank him for it. No one has done more for encapsulation than Rick and his service and information are second to none. If you are going to buy one, get it from him, not one of these "me too guys" who are riding his coat tails to make a buck.

An Expert! (a little long)

Well said Ray I would add that Encapsalation done PROPERLY
gives outstanding results the problem is few people know what to do in mutiple situations.Anyone can pull the trigger but remove problem areas is a different story. Now before you buy from someone ask the following questions;
1. What would you do with a spot that had wicked back several times from other cleaners (or yourself)
2. How would you handle water browning?
3. Change the smell
4. Any other CLEANING related question you can think of.
Once you get over the HUH response that you get
Ask these questions
1. Where do you break even using the Cimex
2. Do you have marketing material I can use
3. What are some techniques to get into the commercial market
4. Do you have a sales letter I can copy
5. A bunch of other questions related to marketing
Then come back here get the answers and buy it use the info and support you get and start making money. If you follow the suggestions and can sell a little bit.

I agree with Rambo and anyone else who deals regularly with Rick and his team at Excellent -Supply. I owe my self employment totally to Rick and my trusty Cimex. They are the ONLY place I will purchase equipment they carry. Loyalty runs deep both ways.
