Pet Odor Policy

Could you share how you Qualify and price pet odor services?

Some don't want to pay for more than topical treatment, others want more.

How do you lead them through their options and price them?

Thanks,
John L.

Pet Urine

April 25 2006, 8:37 PM

I expalin to the customer that if it's an area where the pet has only gone once then I treat that with my Urine spotter. I then go on to expalin that if it's an area where the pet has gone repeatedly that will require a decontamination and, explain that process soaking through the carpet and pad extracting with water claw, enzime reaction ,etc and tell them the charge for this service. Maybe I'm not understanding the question but there is in my mind a easy seperation of the two usually I go through this on the phone and the customer tells me right away the areas that need to be decontaminated.

Thanks,

Could you explain your decontamination process and how it differs in price from your first option?
