A case of Encap-Clean DS sells for $130 (with free shipping).

Each gallon of concentrate makes 33 gallons of usable solution.

And each gallon of usable solution cleans approx 300 sq ft.

Therefore each gallon of concentrate cleans 33x300 = 9,900 sq ft.

And there are 4 gallons in a case. So a case will clean 9,900x4 = 39,600 sq ft.

Now if you divide $130 by 39,600 you come to .003 per sq ft. Is that awesome or what?

What does that come down to???

It means that if you were cleaning at the paltry old average rate of 10 cents per sq ft.....
that $130 case of detergent would net you $3,900.

That's a 30-to-1 return on your investment!

SWEEEEET!

If you are charging in the range of 10 to 15 cents per sq. ft. for your work, then your cost of cleaning product runs about 2.2% to 3.0% of gross revenues. Sounds about right. When doing pad cleaning with a Releasit product or a non-encap product, my annual cost of terrycloth pad replacement + cleaning product comes to 2.0% to 2.5% of my annual gross.

Problem is many are charging .05 cents a sq ft and think they are making money
because they can go fast.
