CRI Approval for CCers

What a program CRI put together for the CCer. First class all the way. Poster, vehicle decals, lapel pins, arm patches, photo ID, truck decals and newsletter. I still use it as it validates our commitiment to a higher level of service and conduct and our customers appreciate our ties with the CRI. Our company was approved on Oct 2002. Because of "lack of interest" from the carpet cleaners, the program was dropped in 2004(I was the only one certified in the state of Georgia, according to the web site) where 70% of the carpet in the U.S. is made, shows the total lack of interest. What a shame. If enough of you complained, and wanted to be a part, contact the CRI in Dalton, Ga. (706) 278-3176 and maybe they will re-instate the program. Hope this helps explain it Mark.

it took me so long to answer. We just finished it. They decided not to have sealer as the grout was a dark grey and looked good after 7 years. We scrubed it w/Cimex and some yellow brushes we borrowed. We used Procyon Stone and Tile Cleaner and a wet/dry vac after the Cimex Scrub. We ended up doing 14600 sq. ft. @.09 for $1314.00 took two of us and 5 hours. I would not do it again. The job came out great though.
