Job Pic's...

Derek

did a bank with the Missus on Saturday morn. little blurry from phone camera.

didn't come out like new but since it was restoration cleaning we were happy. the manager was pleased when i called back today. on a side note, the fella who does their janitorial cleaning was amazing! best office cleaning i've ever come across...carpets vac'ed right up to the baseboards in EVERY room...i never see that except the jobs we clean. she was impressed i noticed...that cleaner is worth his weight in brass. too bad they never took care of the carpets...

we have several of the local branches under 6 month contract so that'll help.

thanx --- D.

Very nice Derek. Difference between night and day and I'm sure it looks even better in person. Good work. Is that Dyson working well for you?

thanx Richard, yes the Dyson works well. on commercial i prefer the Conquest due to it's wider cleaning area (tho i like the ability to egde with the Dyson), but the Missus prefers the lighter & narrower Dyson for maneuverability.

Anthony, yes post padding would have made for an even better job. dual-method cleaning always beats single-mothod. as tri-method beats dual-method.

thanx guys, nothing special for sure...we all do similar work on a daily basis.

thanx --- Derek.

amen Bob.

Kevin, wow thanx for the compliment. i guarantee most anyone of us posters here do the same thing on a regular basis. i didn't do anything special, just used the machine and encap'ed like we all do.

oh, and in that job like all i have been doing lately, i fill up a bucket with 5 gall water and drop my bucket heater in 1st thing when i arrive on the job. as soon as i'm done setting up / pre-vac'ing, i dump the near boiling water into the sol tank and fill the bucket up again and start heating it up ASAP.
i feel HOT water like this DOES help the efficacy of Encap just as it does for HWE.

thanx --- Derek.

Derek, I know hot water should help. That is what we are all taught right. However, we mix up five gallons of Releasit everytime and then just leave it in the tank. It works just as well the next day or a week later.

Just my opinion.
