i'm guessing i found this link here on the Encap forum a couple years back and have had it in my Fav's list ever since.

it is helpful for ppl new to Encap & Low Moisture cleaning, or those who are considering it. pictures and "how-to's" of upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning, spotting, gum, vomit, urine and many other things...
