What's up with bigger Max pads

Hey Rick, I called 2 days ago to buy some 17 inch max pads and the lady on the phone was not aware of any such a product. She took my phone number and said you would call me back, but you did'nt. I know you are busy but I was needing those pads. When you get a chance please let me know how to get the 17 inch max pads. P.S. Thank you for this forum. It is a big-time help!

Sorry for the oversight there Joe. Not sure what happened. Sometimes our 24/7 outside order line folks (1-877-546-9716) aren't always up with all the newest additions to the product line. I'm guessing that your call might have been handled by them. Calls get forwarded to them after hours or when the lines are all busy at the office.

Yes! We have the FiberPlus Max pads in 15" 17" and 19" sizes.
If you speak with anyone in the office (1-800-330-1888), you can order them.
And I hope to have them on the website in the next few days.

opps, i posted recently they don't come in larger sizes than 8"...cool beans i was wrong :O
