I tried to email you but screwed up and now my email is slow coming up. I recently ordered a case of Releasit DS and a case of 8" Fiberplus pads over land line. The Releasit got here Thursday but I haven't seen the Fiberplus pads. Can you check it out? My total bill was $160.00 and Beth called to confirm the order.

I'm sure the order is lost in UPS land somewhere!

I'm sorry to hear that the packages didn't arrive at the same time.
What can Brown do for you? UPS probably has your pads in Kalamazoo by now.

I'm not able to access our shipping computer which is at our office from my home computer. But I'll be happy to check into it first thing on Monday.

Check your e-mail. You should have received a UPS confirmation with your order from us, making it possible for you to track the UPS delivery status online.

If there's any problem with a lost package (or anything else) I'll be very happy to send an expedited shipment to make sure you get what you need.

The shipping companies are the weakest link in this whole thing. Thanks for your patience. We'll get you taken care of.

Rick, I had to order over the phone. I've been so busy lately that when I get online, I forget to order 'cause I'm playing! How's that for organization?? lol Anyway, I appreciate your help. I know the "problem" is not with Excellent Supply. I know it lies in the hands of "brown".

Kevin,

UPS tracking is showing that both packages were delivered. The detergent was delivered on 5/18. And it's showing that the pads were delivered on 5/19. The reason for the delay according to UPS Comments: "THE PACKAGE WAS MISSED AT THE UPS FACILITY, UPS WILL DELIVER ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY"

Can you check to see if they left the pads somewhere?
