Rick,
I tried to call you today to order, First time got disconnected, second time it seemed like the answering service was over worked, apparently it was not your office.

Rick is not where he can get to a computer right now. His phone system was hit by lightning and they are in the process of restoring it. For orders you can still place them on-line and at the 1-877-546-9716 number.

Thanks for answering that one for me Dave

Yep we got sizzled with a direct lightning strike on Thursday. Lightning knocked out our main power feed coming into the building. It also zapped our phones and it killed our PBX system. It also penetrated our internet and fried a network card and a router. I thought we had it all sorted out on Friday. But now the phones are still giving us trouble. Dang!

Like Dave mentioned, if you can't get through you can always order on-line, or you can also call our 24/7 order line at 1-877-546-9716. Thank you for being patient as we get this resolved.

P.S. I want to apologize for the staff at the off-site phone center sounding stressed. I'm glad you told me about that. They're usually very professional.
