The discussion about GOOD BOOKS earlier, prompted me to get out some reading material this evening, and re-read some good stuff. The excerpt above is one little nugget I ran across.

Tell ya what... Why don't we start sharing a few things that we've read in good books on this message board? What do ya think about that? Sharing a few words of wisdom might be just the spark needed to help other cleaners with their businesses. And in the end we may just help ourselves at the same time.
