Residential Tile JOb

Hey Guys I could use some help!

Customer asked If I cleaned tile as well after completing carpets. I said yes. Well, I have minimal experience with this.

It is standard glazed tile with 1/4" grout. The customers concern is the grout as the tile has no stains as it is sealed/glazed. It is an entry foyer, kithchen, bath and laundry.

What would you reccomend in equipment and cleaning solutions??I have a 19" Cimex, OP, Roto drill, brushes, and wet vac.

Also what is the going charge for Sq foot for resi??

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Dan.

I'd try Power Max Powder & a mop to apply (from Cobb Carpet Supply)and a stand up brush & Cimex(from Mr. Gelinas) to agitate. Rinse twice with a Mop and a shop vac w/squeegy. Charge around $.75 to clean & $.50 to seal. That Dyna-chem stuff is awesome for T&G! Smells nice too. I hope Rick doesn't mind me posting another guys product on his board. The stuff works though!
