Encap is my hero

First off I would like to thank Jeff Cutshall for showing me this great product for carpet care. Yes I was one of his annoying students in a two day IICRC class at Jon don in Pennsylvania.

As a new man to carpet cleaning industry my knowledge is limited to my past experience with carpet. Which up until 4 months ago was walking on it. And occasional staining of it.

As a new business owner I am aware of the great costs to run a legal business. One problem with being legal and keeping state of the art technology is having a competitive price.

I still believe in a honest day work for an honest day pay policy.

Prior to attending Jeff’s class, I have been bargaining with a large hotel in my area. They were a no go at what I thought to be a very moderate price per square foot. But then Jeff pulls out the Cimex, I wanted to leave the class with a Cimex and head back home to close the deal. I know now I can cut my price in half and reduce my labor hours. Which will bring me back to an honest day work for an honest day pay scale?

Two other students had already done their home work and gave me excellent-supply.com. Within two hours of my arrival home this system is on its way to my door.

There are many people for me to thank here. And I greatly thank all of you.

For anyone with questions weather this will work for them look at the advantages.
1. More square feet per hour
2. Faster dry time
3. No waste tank to drain
4. Integrated continual carpet protection
5. Offer more carpet cleanings at a reduced cost to customer (but more profit for you)
6. Environmentally friendly product

There are many more advantages I am sure that out way other types of carpet cleaning. I am not condemning other methods. Just for my case here there in my mind is no better way to accomplish my job.

Once again thank you all to helping my business grow. Look forward to a future with you all.

Hey Jerzy,
It was a pleasure having you in class. Welcome to the world of commercial encapping. You are on the right track. I never would have believed it worked so well if I hadn't seen it for myself 2 1/2 years ago. I doubt if I would have gotten back into carpet cleaning if not for encapping. I can't imagine doing large commercial jobs without this method.

Keep us posted.

When you're ready to get the Big Bird, call Rick G. instead of the distributor who puts on the class.I've never encountered such great service as I have with Rick and his staff. They are a blessing in this industry.Clean on...

Thanks Guys,
Actually Rick Gelinas is a good friend of mine. Although I teach several classes a year for Jon-Don I have many friends who would be considered their competitors. Rick has probably done more more encapping than all the others put together and I for one am forever thankful. I know Jon-Don is sometimes seen as the big corporate enemy but actually Nick and John P. started out some 27 years ago working out of their garage, very similarly to Rick's humble beginnings. Just like Rick their obsessivness for customer service is why they are where they are today. I am also forever greatful that Jon-Don has given me the platform to teach other this fantastic business. Afterall it's through them I've met many here on this board.

I guess I feel I have the best of both worlds.

WOW WOW WOW

Thank you Rick Gelinas, for fast delivery of my new Cimex machine. My machine arrived on Wednesday. I picked it up at local FedEx terminal. As the machine was being loaded into my trailer, the FedEx forklift operator put his fork blade clear through my side door. Four month old trailer. Oh well stuff happens. FedEx is paying for a new door installed.

Back to the Cimex I cleaned about 3500 sq ft of residential with it and all I can say is OUTSTANDING piece of machine.

This machine is above and beyond my expectations. I cleaned a wool rug, olefin, and nylon. All of these carpets were in bad condition. I know you guys know what the machine can do. But I am very impressed with the performance of this machine. Each of the customers were very impressed with the cleaning that was done.

One thing that makes a business grow is repeat customers. After using Cimex on each of the jobs all three customers immediately wanted to set a date for future cleanings. I did not have to ask for future work. The machine sold it for me.
