Encap what a great product. This is my 3rd year in business and if it wasn't for Rick, Excellent supply and releasit I don't know where I would be. I am actually making a good living and the phone calls keep coming in.

I pick and choose what customers I want to take on. I had a call yesterday from a women who all she cared about was how much. I don't give quotes over the phone. She kept insisting so I gave her a quote... Double what I would really have charged I didn't want her as a customer.

With encap my business has doubled in the last year. I just think how easy it is to use these products and how happy people seem to be when they see the results.

Encapping saves money in every way. Over half of my jobs are now using encapsulation. This saves me time,Gas and money. We'll I'm off to my next job.. Encap of course.

I am just at the two year mark so it is great to here someone succeeding at year three. How many commercial vs residential accounts do you have? Do you use a Cimex for residential accounts? What would you say has been your best form of marketing?

Sorry for the survey but I would like to learn from one who has achieved success. Last question are you a one man show or do you have employees?

Congrats on your succsses

Good grief, I thought this post was about Jimmy finally seeing the light. Oh well, I guess Jimmy will just have to continue to earn his money the hard way. I have been encapping almost two years also. I sold my last truck mount almost three years ago now. I am 60% commercial and 40% residential. I use the Cimex on all of the commercial, and Whittaker?PileMaster, 2sp. Betco 17" with pads on residential with excellent results. I do no advertising and all of my business now comes from repeat referrals. I keep in touch with my data base of customers, always asking for referrels. We send reminder post cards, survey cards, thank you cards (with five $2.00 bills, telling then Two tell a friend, neighbor, employer or relative. Two have lunch on us) This has been the greatest response item we have ever done in our 20 years in this business. Just increase your ticket $10.00 and then give it back two them in a thank you card. Works for us.

Encap

I would also say that I do 60% Encap and 40% steam cleaning. I Am an owner/operator for now. I hope this will be a big year fo me..The calls keep coming.

I do all of my advertising in Two local papers we have. One paper is just the town I live in and the other paper covers 16 surounding towns. I never advertise in the phone books. I found this is where all the price shoppers come from. More than half of my jobs are now referrals. I now have about 75 encap accounts and most are maint programs. That's seems to be the key for me. Maintenance Programs
