Hello everyone,

We just landed our first commercial contract at an airport! We have 8000 sq ft or high traffic commercial carpet to clean. We are going to use the Cimex. The carpet has heavy soiling in some places. Should we use the Challenger and pads to accompany the Cimex to absorb some of the stains or will the Cimex and DS alone do the trick? How many sq ft. can we clean with 1 gallon of DS?

Most airpots are HIGH traffic with tons of foot traffic, carts etc. The best combo for this is Steamin Demon followed with the Cimex. You may have heard they are going to take the carpet out of the Atlanta airport, over a millon square feet that has been poorly maintained for years. I don't look for this to be long term after they deal with the noise more maintenance (it can cost up to 5 times more to maintain a hard surface floor than carpet) If you do well on this account you could become a airport carpet cleaning expert that will be in demand all across the U.S. Good Luck, work hard and smart and WOW them.
