This tracking system that Rick has a link to works very well. No need to have type in a long tracking numbers or go to an other web site. Just click the link Rick provides for you and you know the shipment status of your order.

Now if I could only get Rick to return my emails LOL....

I'm glad to hear that you like the tracking feature. When we were researching various shopping cart programs that was one of the features I liked too. I also wanted to be able to offer a Customer Rewards program. This software has proved to be a good investment. It's great to get the feedback, thanks for sharing that.

If I missed one of your e-mails I apologize. I try to personally respond to every e-mail that comes in as quickly as possible. I'm a nut about that and I drive my wife crazy. For instance, we were in Europe a couple of weeks ago and there I am logging onto the laptop every evening answering questions. Talk about obsessive - LOL. So if an e-mail gets missed it's not intentional. I'll add that I often get an average of 20 e-mails per day that require attention (not counting spam and junk mail). So sometimes it can be pretty near impossible to respond to every single thing that comes in, but I give it my level best. Additionally, I have a spam/junk filter on my e-mail and occasionally a perfectly valid e-mail will end up in there - gotta love technology. So if I don't respond right away please either resubmit your e-mail or just give me a call. If you decide to call afternoons are best since I often line up appointments and make calls in the mornings. Helping our customers is what I love and I'm happy to do whatever I can to assist.
