Did I get this kind of treatment because I am friends with jImMy LaDwIg?

Well of course you get poor treatment when you're a friend of Jimmy Ladwig. Whaddya expect?



We began offering the single gallon option about a year ago.

Here's how it works:

Take the price of any case. For example a case of Encap-Punch is price $90.
Divide that by 4 and you have a single gallon price of $22.50.

We have a $5 surcharge to offset breaking a case, re-boxing into gallon jug boxes, and for the increased cost ratio of shipping.

So if a person wanted 2 gallons, the price is $22.50 X 2 + $5 = $50
