Shorty's post about cat hair which he call "pussy hair" and I thought to my self that Shorty sure has a way with words (mostly funny) and then I look today and the post has been changed or my memory is shot.

good news: memory is not shot.

better news: Rick can edit.

some words in our continent are offensive to some in other continents to be sure. i'm sure in Australia it's a common phrase.

Looks like I've hit another word that is questionable, I'm not sure, but it looks that way.

Cats are more often called puss(pronounced poos, as in push), pussy or pussy-cat, down under.

My apologies if I have offended.

Have you never heard any of the "Mother Goose Ryhmes"??

Pussy-cat, pussy-cat, where have you been?
"I've been to London to look at the Queen"

Pussy-cat, pussy-cat, what did you there?
"I frightened a little mouse under the chair"

Come to think of it, I have heard guys say, "get off yer p*ssy"

I figure p*ssy means b*m ??

Quite funny, (in my eyes), as both words are very commonly used down under.

Also, b*m can mean a tramp, hobo, etc;

It appears the great conundrum with the English language, can vary immensely, depending in which country one is speaking.

I shall endeavour to be more vigilant with my wording in future.

But crikey, it's hard.
