I worried about the same thing when I ordered some bridgepoint for wood finish about a month ago. I usually just buy stuff like this at my local interlink affiliate, but they were currently out. I got worried and called a few days later, but my order arrived on time. Excellent-supply is definintly MUCH better in the way they send email confirmations and tracking. I don't see why anyone would not at least send an email confirming your order was recieved?

I ordered from them once a few months back and the same thing here, no confirmation email or tracking number. I did not feel comfortable with out any communication from them however the order did arrive timely.

Rick has me spoiled with great communication and great service.

I order from them and never a problem. Bridgepoint is too big to let a distributor goof you over. They do provide you with a tracking number which you can keep track of your order. My last order was placed on a Friday night and the next Thursday I had it.

Wow, almost as good as Excellent Supply Co.
