I know this has been covered before but I can't remember my name some days. I have a good size demo tomorrow and next to one of the copy machines is "u guessed it" Toner all over the GD carpet Light Beige> Any suggestions..

VACUUM - VACUUM - VACUUM and then VACUUM some more. Don't use agitation - use suction only. Getting on your hands and knees with a hand-tool vacuum attachment works well.

Wet out a section of terry towel with 50/50 Releasit and COLD tap water. Blot the stain with the towel and continue to rub gently till the stain is removed. Then scrub with the FiberPlus pads and Releasit like normal. This should take care of it for you, providing someone hasn't already set the toner with hot water.

Speed dry the section, and come back to the spot later and post-bonnet if there's still a problem.

Oh, did I mention you should VACUUM before you start wet cleaning?
