A goal / The goal of a Real Estate Management company is to present their clients and prospects with a clean work space.

are you tring to write a letter or an Ad?

You statment is false. It is how every one task that must be done
in order to achieve the goal

Derek, every mgt. co. has an owner to answer to and a budget to live with. There are good and bad mgt companys. So I guess their goals vary widely. Cost will be the largest factor in hireing you or someone else to keep it clean using the least amount of money. You need to do 2500 to 3000 sq. ft. an hour per man to be competitive in this day and age and still be profitable.
