Found a typo…
This keeps the appearance of you facility
Should be the appearance of your facility
I’d drop this worn out cliché…
A penny saved is a penny earned.
I think this negative statement might plant seeds of doubt into your prospects mind…
No smoke. No mirrors. No obligation.
I think this sounds tacky…
We'll even be on time!
I’d drop the veteran close. It doesn’t add persuasive selling power. The guy standing with a sign at the interstate says he’s a veteran too….
A locally owned company operated by a proud veteran.
Aside from those minor changes, I think you’ve got a good sales letter there. Great stuff!

Keep the reference to your veteran's status in a letter that you send to the commander of every veteran's post in the areas your are willing to service: VFW: American Legion;, etc. Many of these social facilities are extensively carpeted, and the membership should favor you over a non-vet. |

Federal & State Govt. have to give some additional considerations to Vets as well. |
