Pulled a gallon of Encap-Clean DS out of the garage and put it in the van on Sunday, on monday the jug was leaking from the bottom, no prob the other gallon I had in the van was almost empty so I just poured it in there. Do you think the ridiculous summers that we have here in AZ could have something to do with it? The gallon in question was in the non A/C garage all summer. The other two gallons are ok and the one that was in the van is ok. Never had the problem with Punch, but I go through more Punch than DS. Mabey just a bad jug.

I'm not sure what might have caused that Mark.

We're down in Florida which gets pretty hot too. We have had gallons of DS stored in our cleaning companies work trucks for months at a time, and I've never seen a leaker. My guess is that the jug might have developed a leak at a seam (that can happen sometimes).

Remind us about it the next time you order, and we'll back out the cost for a jug of DS. I know you got it covered by switching the jugs, but we want to take care of you keep ya happy
