Order problems?

I received my order today, but was 3 cases of 20" OP pads short. Were they shipped? Or out of stock now by chance? Tried to call, but was sent to the answering service who had no idea, then, by the time I was done working, I missed you guys. Thanks

Aaron,
So sorry to for the hold up on that order! We had the other cases all ready to go, but they were not by the door with the other orders so the UPS guy did not take them Monday. You should have them by the end of the day for sure. Sorry again for the mix-up, please let us know if there's anything we can do to make it up to you!!
