Does anyone else have this problem. Sometimes when I put a fresh batch of ds in my tank. My soultion drains right out of my tank through my pads. I don't have to squeeze the trigger. I have been using bucket heaters lately...boy do they heat up. Is the extremely hot water the reason??? I now have a part time guy helping me and I forgot to tell him about this and sure enough he walked away from the Mex and the whole tank was empty when he returned. This area really got encapped.

Most likely your tank has got loosened. This can occur form the tank getting bumped as the machine is moved and loaded in and out of the truck. If the tank is loose it won't seat properly and the pinch valve will leak. Here's a simple fix...

Loosen the clamp on the top of the tank. Lay a strip of rubber under the clamp (bicycle inner tube rubber works great for this). As you tighten the clamp back down, press downward on the tank. This will normally correct a leaking valve.

Give me a call if you need further help and I'll put on my detective hat.

I Did

I had that problem and my tank was not loose (I'd had that problem previous and had fixed it). Rick G had me talk to the Cimex people and they sent me a new spring and tubing however the solution is to shut of the valve when filling and when you stop and only open your valve 3/4 when running (before this problem I thought it was "off or on"). Well I did this and the problem went away. The spring was not pinching off the tubing all the way.
