Another commercial question!

November 26 2006 at 9:11 PM

Joe

What are some good commercial jobs that are usually done between 5 and 10 pm? I really dont want to go after late nite ones - did that a few times; not for me...I know Rick had told me before that his guys dont stay out later than 10 pm, but it seems a lot of stores, etc. close after 10...

thanks - Joe

Joe you can do some places during slow periods while they are still open.

We do several shoe stores, and gyms that way. Many office buildings close around 5:00-530 this would be retail office space and high rise buildings.

Question??

Hi Joe,

I'm with you on working overnight, but sometimes I have to bite the bullet. If the account is large enough. I feel I have to do it. Most of my jobs are after 5:30 p.m. or I have a few that are at 5 a.m. which I prefer. I am a morning man. Keep looking they are out there.

Joe,

My guys are normaly done by 10PM when they're doing offices (on weeknights).
When they're doing retail (on weeknights) they're normally back by midnight.
I try to never push it later than that, but sometimes it's unavoidable.
Weekend work often gets done earlier in the day.

On weeknights, offices usually close at 5 and you can start by 6.
You can get a good chunk of carpet cleaned by 10.
