Suds & mixing

When i mix my encap juice i get lots of bubbles n stuff, is there alot of solution in the suds? When i pour the bucket into the tank, most of the time i dont bother to scoop it out. Also, I did a large job yesterday and used the sink hose to fill up the tank, and then added the DS, How well should I mix it? Will The DS sink to the bottom when i pour it in? It seemed like when i first started scrubing, it foamed up on the carpet with just one pull of the trigger, and as time went on i had to pull the trigger more to get the same foamage. Any ideas?

I just pour the premeasured DS cleaner into my Cimex tank. Then I pour the hot water on top of it. That seems to mix it up well just from pouring action. Hope that helps.

What I do is fill a 5 gal bucket w/ the hottest water I can get, use a measuring cup and pour in the appropriate amount of DS into the bucket. Then using the same cup, i will SLOWLY stir the cup thru the water, rinsing out the cup and mixing the DS (just as if you are stirring soup on the stove, nice & slow). Then, Slowly pour it into the cimex...doing it this way NEVER gives me suds...and the action if it being slowly poured in the cimex mixes it even more - sans suds.

We do it like Joe too. Fill a few buckets with hot water. Drop a bucket heater into the first bucket. When it's time to start cleaning we mix the first bucket and then shift the bucket heater over to the next bucket. When we come for the second bucket we mix the detergent and shift the bucket heater to the third bucket. And this process continues as we progress through the job.
