Pricing Downunder

Just how much should i be pricing schools out a square metre?
have won loss some. but really need a help in know if my pricing is right???

School prices can be the pits.

Most times they will go for the lowest deal.

A lot also go on preference, (the cleaner is a friend, etc;)

A few want a genuine job at a realistic price.

The lowest I will go for a school is $2.20 M2 & this does NOT include gum removal.

They also have to stack all furniture to one side of the room, or out of the way for me, any left, they are charged for.

Government run schools are the hardest, sometimes they will go several years before a clean.

Private schools are much better, more regular work at a higher rate.

Mexxing; some Catholic schools I quote & get $3.30 M2 & that is the basics, still no gum removal nor furniture moving.

$3.30 M2 = $3.30 per square metre.

Australia is metric, however..........

One square yard is 36 inches x 36 inches

Whereas.......

One square metre is about 39 inches x 39 inches

Or a bit more than nine square feet.

Okay ??
