December 15 2006 at 11:11 AM
Derek

bidding on a prospect and they tell me the installers also cleaned it on a schedule. but they're not happy with the work.

i am GUESSING it is Millicare.

question: do they charge low, average or high rates typically??

any numbers you know of would be great.

thanx --- Derek.

BTW, i guess it could be Shaw to. anybody have experience with their pricing?

EDIT: not Shaw, i mean Dupont.

Millicare doesn't work cheep from some building i've had experience with.

that being said, know your cost of doing business and it won't matter wht THEY charge. cover your cost and make a nice profit.

Derek,

I met a facilities manager of a large complex of buildings at a IFMA meeting a year ago. The Millicare rep was there. I heard the facilities manager say that he wasn't going to pay 14 cents. I'm pretty sure he was refering to Millicare.

IMHO the operative phrase is "they are not happy with the service." I would charge my price.

RD Weis is more to worry about then the Millicare Franchise they own. They are one of the biggest best Commercial carpet cleaning Companies in the USA if I were to guess. Good people, good management competitive but No they are not going to be cheap.

They will give the customer many other reasons to use them.

"Commercial Only"
