Joe DeSouza

besides the program listed below, is there any other marble and stone restoration classes that are recommended? I would like to be in one that uses the Cimex as one of the primary tools...

thanks!

mbstone.com. Excellent hands-on. Maurizio doesn't particularly care for the Cimex; he uses the Klindex grinder, which is an exteemely powerful tool. If you did marble and granite work all day, it would be the machine to have. But all the info can be applied using the Cimex and weighted floor machines. I highly recommend his class.

"Maurizio doesn't particularly care for the Cimex; he uses the Klindex grinder"

Could that possibly be because he SELLS the Klindex grinder?

Can't Imagine any better

I don't have the marble Cimex machine but I have used Dave's and I can't imagine any machine could work any better or be easier to operate. I just got about 2 mins of instructions from Dave and away I went. .
Something rubs me wrong about someone charging to talk to them. If Rick G had charged me when I first called him a couple of years ago i Wouldn't have had the conversation and not have the commercial biz I have today.

It could be because he has used a few differnt machines and the machine he uses and recomends is the machine he liked the best. We all have our preferences in machinery.
MD with not try to jam any machine or chemical line up upon anyone.
