when is commercial cleaning concidered commercial? for example: 1000 sq.ft. and more is concidered commercial.

It has nothing to do with square feet. I have done commercial jobs @ 80 sq. ft.Small office) People don't live and sleep in commercial bldgs.(with the exception of hotels)Where they live eat and sleep and raise their children ic called residential, LOL
