I JUST SPOKE TO A REGIONAL MANAGER WHO OVERSEE 14 LOCATIONS (H & R BLOCK) I AM GOING TO LOOK AT ONE TO GIVE HIM A QUOTE ON THAT PARTICULAR ONE WHICH IS APROX. 1200SQ.FT. I TOLD HIM TO ALLOW ME TO CLEAN THAT ONE AND GIVE HIM AN IDEA OF WHAT THE OTHER LOCATIONS WILL LOOK LIKE AFTER I THE FACT. I'VE NO EXPERIENCE IN BIDDING JOBS,ITS ALL TRIAL AND ERROR FOR ME. BUT I HATE TO LOSE THIS BIG OPPORTUNITY THAT WILL AT LEAST GET ME GOING TIL I CAN GROW. PLEASE OFFER INPUT.

is he getting bids from other guys as well..?? might not hurt to ask. I think a good free trial might be a good thing for him to see. do area at door or walk area that will really shine out..
how far away are the other locations, when will you be able to clean them, when do you get paid, and other things i am sure you need to find out first.

Good luck with that! Be sure to have access to water or bring your own. While you're at it... Vacuum well before you clean! I'd shoot for about $200 +/-... Maybe an extra $20 for the windows while you're there.
