Just ordered a new Sprint. Would appreciate some tips for using. What is the best procedure for tile and grout? How about adjusting brush depth on carpet? And anything else that might be helpful.
Thanks.

Brushes are colored for carpet type. Check with Rick for addirional sets. They are worth the mondy. I have green, white, blue and grey sets.
I prespray tile and drout with a specific "tile and Grout" Cleaner. Allow a few min dwell time and use blue brushed to scrub. Then I use my gtruck mount and a turbo tool to clean and remove the soil and detergent. Blowers are set up tospeed dry the floor. I also have a wet mop to pick up any water streaks or puddles tha form.
Depending on soil levels you may need to re-clean a few areas. There is a company in Chicago called Magic Wand. They have several tile and grout tools, training viedos, and detergents. Hope this is a bit helpfull.

I LOVE my Sprint

January 17 2007, 12:03 AM

I just got my Sprint and have started using it as a prescrubber before my residential Hot Water Extraction, using Punch, an Olympus Portable and a Rotovac. The stuff that I have gotten out with MUCH, MUCH less effort has been incredible.

When the homeowner sees the nasties disappear with the Sprint and Punch, before extraction I have almost automatically sold a 6-Month encapsulation touch up cleaning before I am out the door on the first job.
